How We Charge
Every mental health practice is unique, with varying client loads, revenue streams, and growth trajectories. Our pricing model adapts to your journey, whether you’re a new practice building a client base or an established clinic expanding services. Guardian SmartCare charges a simple fee of 10% of your monthly practice income. This means no matter how successful your month was, you do not need to worry about making a minimum payment for our services, providing predictability.
If you are a practice that requires the set up of 3 or more of the following there is a $500 one time set up fee: Website, billing, insurance, telehealth, therapist profiles, pay roll, bookkeeping, or EHR/PMS.
